Orders and Payment
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all of the payment methods mentioned in the “Checkout” page.
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. Laivusports reserves the right to cancel or reject orders if we suspect fraud or other issues.
- Pricing and Availability: All prices are listed in EUR, and availability is subject to change. In the case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Times: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped according to your selected delivery option. Shipping for everything except Boats/Paddles/Ergometers usually takes 2 weeks. Paddles and ergometers take approximately a month, and boats could take from anywhere from 3 months to over a year.
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the Baltic states. Delivery outside these areas may incur additional charges, if you need such services, contact us at aiziet@laivusports.lv
- Shipping types: Currently we offer Omniva parcel and courier services.
- Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or other external factors.
